Ugur Uygur is the Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Quinlan School of Business. His research and teaching revolve around judgment of new ideas. Recently his work has appeared in Journal of Small Business Management, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, and Journal of Social Entrepreneurship. Prior to his academic life, he worked at software start-ups and consulted with entrepreneurial ventures.

Operations Manager

Nicolas Soto Hay is a junior getting BBAs in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Economics. He is from Mexico City, Mexico and has experience across multiple fields of business. Most of his experience comes from analytics and creating long-term strategies based on analytical findings. He is a globally-minded student passionate about personal education and professional growth.

Ainsley Hollender is a junior receiving her BBA in Entrepreneurship from Loyola with minors in Visual Communication and Dance. She is a local having grown up in the northwest suburbs. Ainsley has experience working for both a startup and small business in the Chicagoland area. She is excited to work for the Ignite Lab and hopes to help many students grow their entrepreneurial spirit.
